I think what @Timmiluvs is trying to say is that you need to give a little bit of context for us to understand what you're asking. At the very least, I personally still don't understand what you mean by "releasing your game".
I was actually answering the question I assumed was being asked legitimately. For all we know the question was when a game counts as released so it can be requested on the site. The answer to that is exactly what I gave - when the full game is released. That’s because people try to request games when they are released in early access or beta, not when the full game is released (which is what they should be doing).
But yes, that second post is even more confusing and vague than the first so we’re going to need clarification on whatever you’re trying to ask.

Your question has nothing to do with that topic or subject of this thread. In the future, create your own thread if you have a different question. Also, you already asked this question in the Speedrunning forum, don’t ask it again in a different forum. Try to keep it to 1 post for your question so people don’t end up responding in multiple places.
