How do i submit a run if I don’t have a computer or discord? Because I’m trying to make a new category but I don’t know how to or put in a link or really anything

Do you mean that your game already has a leaderboard on the site? And you want to create a new category on it. Or that what you want to speedrun doesn't have a leaderboard at all?
Also, you don't need a computer or Discord to submit a run.
I want to make a category for totk called armorless but i don’t know how to edit or get splits or anything like timer splits and I only have a switch and phone to work with
You don't need to create splits to create a category. In theory, if the category becomes popular enough then maybe someone else could create them. Also, I don't think LiveSplit works on a phone or a Switch, so you couldn't even use them lol.
And by totk you mean The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, then you shoild ask the game's moderators about creating this new category.
This game also has a Category Extensions which you might wanna check to see if your category is there or not.
I also found this news post which tells you how you're meant to request a category for the game. Which you would wanna look at.
