I like using the PCSX2 Emulator. But, why does this game have to only require the Dolphin Emulator and why can't there be any other Emulators allowed to play this game? Like, PCSX2, Or, PS3 Emulator. Or, a Wii U Emulator? Cause, I have a PCSX2 Emulator. And, I want to be a part of this community and play the game. But, Why do we have to only play on Dolphin Emulator and not PCSX2? That is the thing that I am concerned about right here.

It’s because on other emulators, things like loads and such are not accurate to the actual game.

hey speedrunfan2022. we allow for the dolphin emulator due to its extreme accuracy in emulating many aspects of the game. specifically, dolphin emulator is allowed due to how accurately it emulates load times compared to a gamecube or a wii. as great as PCSX2 is (also a ps2 fan here), it unfortunately does not accurately emulate load times. due to this issue, we are not able to accept runs used on the PCSX2 emulator. sorry for this inconvenience.

That is okay. I understand that. I will understand that. I guess I will have to get Dolphin Emulator for this time being. Thanks for helping me out.
