We have played a few early primitive reaction racers recently (Laguna Racer and Super Speed Race) and this one is definitely the best of the lot. There are varied landscapes and weather effects, though honestly the abrupt transitions between zones is one of the deadliest things in the game. But there are also some cool forced perspective changes like hills and turns that were fresh in the early 80s. This game was also used for a Wreck It Ralph movie inspiration.
