One of the many games that spawned from the multimedia craze of the 1990s, Psycho Killer is a charming little time capsule on what was considered cutting edge.

You play as a man driving on a cold October day and are thrust into saving a women's life at the hands of a machete wielding killer. It is up to you to save her life, and avoid becoming his next victim. Whilst the game definitely shows its age, it's very entertaining to play, and a funny experience.

What's more fun than cheesy lines and artistic video? Well, trying to get through the game as quickly as possible!

Psycho Killer is now on speedrun.com, and it's now up to you to save the day in record time. There are many quirks to the game that allow you to speed up or sometimes skip scenes, probably tons that I have missed.

Good luck, and I can't wait to see people's attempts! It probably won't be long until my record is wacked out my hands, with a fallen tree branch!
