Or, do you have to get the game from the App Store and play the game Legit and build up the Coins and Money in the game? I just want to know? Cause, I may try to get a Speed Run in here or 2. Is it possible to get that done or not?

You can use unlimited money/credits mod. It's not against the rules. Infact, the rules say it is allowed to use them.
