The game seems to select randomly a choice and for that choice select a group of thoughts to play randomly. I've separated them into multiple lists below.

Jack chooses Water, go for Grue !

• She's cool, like the sea.

• Ah I'm getting rusty, she thinks I'm down for the count. I'll blind-side her with water !

• She's looking at the cigar, yeah she's staring right at it. She's got fire on the brain.

• Eh I'm onto her now ! She's trying to trick me into using fire again. Well a little water action should douse her flame. Hey, that's pretty clever.

Jack chooses Grue, go for Fire !

• Aaah grue. Elusive beast of darkness.

• you go grue !

• Oh, you go grue !

• Come on grue, good old grue. (multiple with different intonations)

• Come on grue ! Buy daddy a new pair of grues !

• When in doubt, go grue.

• Aah, I'm drawing a blank here. I'll just go with grue. Come on grue, good ole grue !

• She's gonna use water I can feel it ! She's definitely giving off a water vibe ! So, uh, what beats water again ?

• She thinks I'm gonna use water so I'll use fire ! Naahh but maybe that's just what she wants me to do... Naahh, I'll play grue.

• Aaah fire, nigh invulnerable.

• Good ole fire !

• Aaah, trusty fire !

• mmh... grue, fire, grue, fire, grue... fire !

• She's hot. Hey ! That gives me an idea !

• Hey, everyone takes fire when they've been beaten by it ! I'll fake her out ! I'll use water. No, no, no, no! I'll fake myself out and use fire ! Yeah!
