What do you have to do to become a moderator?

Currently we don't need another mod, mainly because we get very few runs on this leaderboard. But if for whatever reason we end up needing another mod, we'll chose someone who's active and has done runs in the past.

How come MyNameIsntZee is never online? He is an inactive moderator.
