I just did 1-1 Amateur and got 08'49" Do i need to summit a video or can i just take a picture?

Is it a legal speedrun if you use glitches that were given to you such as infinite grenades, gold eggs, etc.

Also is it legal to do the oil field skip (not sure if i can do it on X360 yet... in need of a speedrunning partner).
