Sorry to bother, but I was so excited to see Hohokum has been added to steam! Is there any reason a run done on steam would not be viable? Can it be added as a platform, or is that a complicated process?

Congrats on the run! Your rank on the leaderboard is lower than it actually is because you only have a with-loads time (and on this leaderboard, that does not count for timing, so it kind of decides it isn't applicable)- if you didn't know, livesplit has in-game timing (aka, cuts out the loads) for psychonauts 1 if you go into your settings.
