I'm talking about use of console history to input a command, which can be used in every category.
The general idea is that usually, country flags are much more recognisable than region flags, so it's much easier to see a person's nationality when looking at the leaderboards.
When I originally added rules to the leaderboard, I was not aware at the time that opening the console actually pauses the in-game timer. Looking back now, however, I feel like having a rule against using console history is pretty silly considering it actually has no impact on IGT. Thoughts?
I used to speedrun The Very Organised Thief on my shitty old laptop which couldn't record or take screenshots without crashing. I ran it a lot for about a month in mid-2014, got as low as about 0:44 (iirc) then got bored and stopped playing it.
Run videos aren't hosted on the site, so it comes down to what video service you use.

Well, you could probably ask an admin to do it or just upload a transparent image.
HowDenKing: Can confirm. I ran the first section of Arkham Asylum pretty briefly and it was really difficult to tell when I was actually supposed to start the timer.
