Added the categories for the 3 different Acts. Enjoy! I'm looking forward to some runs!
Ok, so you guys want to have categories for different acts? Sounds good to me!
High scores should be implemented here on speedrun.com with the subdomain highscore.speedrun.com as some have mentioned before. Moderators can moderate the same game like they do right now. Maybe we can import legit scores from other websites like Twin Galaxies, Cyberscore, and/or highscore.com if the user is willing to do so and if the score is 100% legit and have the verified by be from the site imported from.

This guy is Rocky Rose. He has been claiming to be some big time Mortal Kombat world record holder. He's been banned from multiple websites such as Twin Galaxies and Retro Uprising for trash talking and making some rude forums posts. Recently, I caught him cheating his Mortal Kombat "world record" scores.

Submit under the Arcade category. I added Plug & Play as a console so it can be labeled as Plug & Play.
Hello, I am requesting to be moderator of I Want My Mommy for the Atari 2600. https://www.speedrun.com/I_Want_My_Mommy
Reason: I contacted the moderator twice over the past month and my run still has not been approved and I have not gotten a response.
Edit: The moderator has not been active on here in 2 months.
This title is valid for the arcade categories. Looking forward to more speedruns for this game!
Rodrigo told me that he never did a 6:22. He has a 5:12 by Twin Galaxies timing.
I can contact Rodrigo if you guys still want the tape of this speedrun. Not sure if he'd be willing to provide it.
RNG I don't know of anything to manipulate it.
I got the categories set up.
I left the NES, Arcade, and Pac-Man World 3 versions for each category.
1-9, 1-21, Perfect Score
Should I add those categories to other versions or just arcade?
Finals had me occupied for this past week.
Anyways, I like the idea Chef provided earlier. For arcade, what do you guys think of fastest perfect completion/3,333,360 points? Twin Galaxies has a track for that, so I figure it should be something ran here.
So, what versions should be grouped into one category and named accordingly due to ghost patterns? Ex.: Arcade/Game Boy
I'm leaning towards adding intermission speedrun categories to the leaderboard for each version and making 10,000 points a misc. category. What do you guys think about that?
So fastest completion of 3 boards? I like the idea. I'll definitely add more versions to the leaderboards since it would possibly attract more competition.
I like the ideas. I might either:
- Add each intermission as a main category.
- Only have intermission 3 as a main category and the other intermissions and 10k as misc. categories.
Not sure where kill screen or 9th key could go.
