Since Clash of Clans was added to Google Play Games (GPG), how do the game rules apply to that? I'm assuming the rule "No mods, hacks, add-ons, macros, scripts or private servers etc. are allowed." applies to the PC controls for troops set by GPG? (see picture)

Are there other rules (if any) that are affected by Clash being on Google Play Games? (Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I might as well make sure)
