Re: Health, is the ordering of the rooms important at all? I ask because I personally do that room last anyway, so health is less of an issue (at worst I can check my health beforehand, but I don't have to worry about health afterwards). I just did some rudimentary timing of the time spent in the hub room in my route and the one in starwin's runs, and they don't seem to be too significantly different, but I might have messed up (starwin: 16.06 seconds, Mine: 14.50 seconds)-

Sorry about the Stockyards thing. I tried it a load of times before recording it to make sure it was consistent and I was getting it every time (except times I messed up beforehand, like the first attempt in the video), then I tried it yesterday in full runs and I failed nearly every time. It seemed consistent at the time. :(
An alternative to 3:48:
Sometimes you land on the ledge above the lever which sucks because you have to drop down, but I still think it's faster than riding the pulley. If you run off the top platform rather than walking, you'll fall into the pit though unless you adjust.
