hi im kinda new to speedrunning, are there any games i should speedrun to get the hang of things

toenail% timer starts when you start a new game, timer ends when meremaid man says the word toenail in jelly fish fields. no need for any spatulas except the 1 at spongebobs house needed to leave the level. no cheats allowed. world record set by me is 7 minutes and 13 seconds and 71 milleseconds. (tho it might need some retiming)
