Well now I've got a new problem

Despite the encounter problem's been solved, I've decided to check the stats at one point and noticed that I've been getting the wrong nidoran for a considerable amount of tries. Here's the video with the inputs:

I guess it definitely was related with the A presses. Now I'm getting the encounter way more often.

I've been practicing this manip for the last four or five days and managed to get the correct nidoran for like five times (been following this video: ). In most of my tries I get this l4 nidoran instead: (10/8/10/9)

What are the stats of the correct nidoran? Would this one manage to do work?
