I know this is kinda dead but I wanted to give it a shot and can't compare it to an unwatchable video without a timing method set.

I say leave them up - unavailable videos are a shame but the times were legit so why not keep them.

Can we use the alternate times for London, Paris, and NYC during runs of their ILs? If not, should we get separate categories for them (are they even different outside of aesthetics)?
