So as far as I know, the current rule is you can only spend glimmer you get in the run, but there isn't a way to track how much glimmer a single character has earned. For this reason shouldn't buying anything from vendors just be banned?

I noticed for for all of the 100% / 144 pokemon runs, the rules says changing system clock is allowed. I understand that this is used for resetting cd on underground but how do you get it to update? Whenever I change time nothing happens.
