Is there a reason US speedway and US dirt track aren't part of the track records?

Maybe I'm being stupid here, but how exactly do you calculate your run without load times? Actually manual count how many seconds of loading occurs in every part of the run and deduce it from the grand total? I know that isn't hard, but just seems labour intensive lol
