You might be able to find a retro game store that could resurface your scratched disc for just a few dollars.
Save state is fine as long as it begins at the TV/Level Select screen and the timer begins when selecting 1 Player.
There aren't really active runners at the moment, but I think anyone interested in this game is exciting, I'd love to see more submissions for this game cause it's a pretty fun speedrun and fairly short.
Mostly it's just pattern memorization, most bosses you can manipulate their movement patterns to get quick defeats.
Look forward to your submissions!
Thank you for posing this information, this is pretty exciting and I look forward to the possibilities this could bring!
I would recommend playing on N64 with CRT, Emulator feels different and is slower.
If you have the funds I would invest in a GV-USB2 capture card, they run about $35 on amazon, https://www.amazon.com/DATA-connection-video-capture-GV-USB2/dp/B00428BF1Y/ref=sr_1_10?crid=3P5KNTVPJDH19&keywords=gv-usb2&qid=1558490699&s=gateway&sprefix=gv-%2Caps%2C159&sr=8-10
There is a 100% tutorial by Smasher32 and also Hagginater on youtube and in the Guides tab on this site.
I would love to add this as a category, I have no issues adding it to the leaderboard.
My bad lol apparently I didn't see that you asked about any% instead of 100%
Hagginater has an updated BK 100% tutorial on youtube
He goes over the ntsc 1.0 route in the tutorial, make sure your cartridge is 1.0 https://www.reddit.com/r/BanjoKazooie/comments/5e0nc9/how_can_i_tell_if_my_banjokazooie_n64_cartridge/
check ebay listings, a search of "official n64 controller tight" shows prices going around $20-30.
craigslist also has listings and you have the option to see the controller in person before you buy.
Hello, I have submitted a run for the Beavis and Butt-head SNES game and it is yet to be approved. I see there is one moderator for the game section specifically, is there a way to become a mod for that game section or do I just wait until they decide to approve it? Thanks.
