How do I do a time trial for a whole cup? I can't figure it out

I think there should be level speedruns here like Super Mario World 2.

I can't get clips over 30 seconds on switch so I do the last 30 seconds of the race. Is there any way to record more? If not, is 30 seconds enough to submit?
