SwitzerlandWhen you click on the discord link on a profile it shows a alert, maybe add to that alert a text that says that you should join the SRC discord because some users allowed it that everyone thats in the same server as you can DM you without sending a friend request (which makes contacting someone on discord easier) Or maybe add this in the profile settings where you add your Discord link?

There are more than enough meme sites out there where you can post memes and everything (like Reddit or something, works even better imo) SRC is a site where people can compare times and compete, if the leaderboards are full with meme/fake runs the site gets basically useless because you can't compare times etc anymore
I actually would say that a admin will find this thread sooner or later anyway, so if you can wait like a week or so I wouldn't bother them either

I doubt that there any any real good Captrue Cards below 50€, good ones are at around 100€ (which then can record all current consoles and with adapter most old ones too)
3DS Capture Cards are very expensive and can only record the actual 3DS. If you got a New 3DS you could also hack the 3DS to record it (although you can then onlyrecord 3DS games, no DS, no VC and no New 3DS exclusives)

Whatever you do, just don't ban new versions! Does every single version even deserve a new category? Are they all that much different?
If no ones going to run the old versions once new ones com out, I would basically archive them: Create a misc category with versions as subcategories
No, you can have the original rom and then patch the hack onto it At least if there is a patch
From some arguments on Discord: Maybe clarify a bit more that the game request button on series sends a request to the SRC staff and not to the series mods
