Cutscene time at the end counts as final time, and the cutscene in Hantu Port is unskippable. It really only adds ~7 seconds or so.

As of now all mods are banned, so you have to play on peacock or official servers. If you're able to install that mod I assume it shouldn't be a problem to run peacock.

If you're talking about the violin boost on top of the ladder it's pretty hard. You need to do a fast throw and get to the violin as its breaking to get over the ladder. I would recomend practicing boosting over low stairs and practicing fast throws before you try it if you've never done a boost before.

You need to unlock a briefcase. Easiest one is Mastery level 7 in Dubai I think or the twitch drop. You can equip in a gear slot in suit start and bring large items in the slot that appears.

What Moose is talking about is a part of the game but I'm not sure if iskafan means audio distractions for npcs or the game's actual audio

A freelancer tools only run could be cool, it would force you to not skip any missions because you would lose your gear but I like the idea of having to get closer to your targets than usual.

Some guy named Nitronix took the Peter's Pizza wr a while back and did not use the wooden stick to pick the pizza up, he just used his hands. This could be something that would save time, but I cannot replicate. Anyone know how?

On SA/SO there are exclusively SA/SO runs but SA leaderboards include both SA and SA/SO if that is what you mean.

There is already a sniper ballistic category for both SA and SA/SO if that it what you're looking for.
