Hey-o! I'm sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner on this. College, holidays, and sickness all just kinda sucked away most of my free time for a while.

First off, nice work with the routing. Just watching it makes me eager to give it a whirl and figure out more uses for the items and animal attacks we now have access to! Honestly, Debug% strikes me as very amusing. While the game is smart enough to lock you out of certain areas before some tasks are completed, there are still many ways to save time over Any%, as well as some graphical glitches and alternate routes that make it a unique, interesting, and enjoyable run. In fact, it could be considered more beginner-friendly as well, and a good way for new runners to familiarize themselves with how the game works, plus it removes the time pressure of the mid-game Zombie Caravan night cycle.

My vote is for Debug% to be made an official category, and simply apply certain rules to it to make sure people know what to do from the get-go. I'm going to make the assumption that all of the items accessed via Debug mode are fair game. Here's my idea for a category definition:

-Beat the game in Debug Mode. (Debug Mode can be accessed by entering the following combination on the title screen using Left and Right (L/R) on the d-pad: L2-R8-L6-R2-L7-R6-L8.) -Time starts upon selecting "I0" and ends on the final note of the jingle upon fleeing the volcano. Runner must begin a run by selecting "I0" in the debug menu, and exiting back into the debug menu during the run is not permitted.

Hopefully this sounds good to everyone else. I'd love to see others give this run a shot!

P.S. I love the style points at 19:57 and 28:58. Definitely doing that if/when I do my own runs, haha.

Hey, it's been something like two months since I submitted my most recent time for That's so Raven 2: Supernatural Style. The run has still not been accepted or rejected. I am unable to contact either of the mods; one links only to a Twitch page with no information on it, and the other appears to have deleted their external accounts. What can be done in this situation?

Yep, they did indeed warm up with some hacky-sack before their shows. Although the game may be a steaming pile of hot garbage (at least according to some), they actually did put some care into it, and paid attention to detail. Pretty cool factoid, in my opinion!

Also, congrats on having completed a run of this game back in 2015! I had a blast watching it. You were truly ahead of your time :^)

I'm new to the Shantae community, and I'm interested in running this game; however, I don't like using emu, and try to avoid it wherever possible. As original copies of this game are hard to obtain, I was wondering if anyone here has had experience with the bright-red reproduction carts that are floating around on the internet. Has anyone confirmed whether these carts are 100% accurate, and if they could be allowed for use in runs?

I actually have a GBA vod that I called "Lose%," which finished in just a second or two - all I did was mash A and get lucky. It would basically be Clue (1998) Any% all over again. If you want to add that category, it would be okay with me as long as it isn't the "default" category, but I don't see it becoming very popular.

The GBA version also has the two alternate endings, but the best ending is achieved at $15k instead of $20k. Feel free to add these categories as well, if you are so inclined!

I picked up the Game Boy Color version of Disney's 102 Dalmatians: Puppies to the Rescue a while back, and I have recently finished routing it. As far as I can tell, there is no way to submit runs for the GBC version of the game, due to the PS/PC subcategories. Is it possible to implement a GBC leaderboard?

I know I'm the one who submitted the clip, but here's my two cents about this. As there can only be a maximum of three cops on the screen at once, and they can technically get stuck here forever, there is no way for the run to end involuntarily if you achieve this exploit. I agree that a rule should be added banning intentional entrapment of the AI. Otherwise, the category would turn into a simple waiting game.

Ooo. Tough to pick a favorite track, but I think I'm gonna have to go with the classic 2-1.

I second this suggestion. It would be fun to shoot for a higher score in this game.
