I was wondering if it was possible to integrate keyboard shortcuts into Supertuxkart instead of fetching features such as restarting a race, leaving the race etc... in the menu. For example, in story mode with the bug in which the race starts again when you press the enter key, you lose about two seconds on each track. Considering that there are 21 tracks, it's about 42 seconds lost. When you try to have a good time on a track, it is often necessary to repeat the same track many times to get the best result from it. These keyboard shortcuts would be an additional comfort and 41 seconds saved on the run of Fouks and Andet. That's not insignificant. So I would like to know what modification I could make to the code to get these shortcuts. This option is available in most software (but not video games). And other questions: will the bug of the race that restarts be fixed for 1.1? Should keyboard shortcuts be submitted to the development team in your opinion? If the modification is possible to have keyboard shortcuts, will they be prohibited in the story mode rules (are they already)?
