I looked at KANNO's WR and there was no LBLJ

I'm pretty sure there's a way to crash the game by being pushed of a hangable ceiling at the same time you grab on. It can be done in Bob-omb Battlefield (on the underside of the bridge) but I think it requires a handsfree teleported bob-omb which can be difficult to achieve.
