Personnaly, I mainly speedrun to -Challenge myself -Find an excuse to beat deltarune and give up after the king kills me a billion times despite once acctually being GOOD at it -Try to get better at games and the list goes on and on i could talk about it for hours but honestly those are the main reasons i do it The reasons honestly depend on the person though

its slightly complicated, you want to select deltarune, then livesplit, then deltarune again and it should work, make sure you know where you want to move it because if you want to move it you will have to move it and repeat the process i told you
You can just use the Windows Search Bar/Mac Search Bar to find the file For the windows search bar just type data.win, select it [there may be 2 if you also have undertale like me] and click "Open File Location" and it should show the location folder. [its probably been 7 months and you have probably resolved this], also..why do you even need to use Debug mode
Yes, you are allowed to save, By Modify they mean edit the save file so that you can go through it faster or something.
Yes, atleast in any% runs, in True Reset any% you cannot use the bed [i think].
luckily i dont have the glitch so i guess my runs will be more legal
