Hi all! I am still learning the ropes of running and streaming and have been streaming for a few weeks using the Genesis Fusion Emulator. I wanted to play on actual hardware eventually so I now currently have a setup with my Sega Genesis with the video going to both a CRT and OBS through a GV-USB2. I have a small amount of lag in the signal on OBS of about 30ms or so (although I am not certain of the amount of time).

My question is if I am going to use Livesplit while streaming won't there be a discrepancy in the video since I'll be making the splits while playing on my CRT television?

I've tried to find some tutorials but none of them seem to acknowledge the lag between the CRT and what is being captured in OBS.
