While I was goofing around, I encountered a strange bug and I haven't seen it discussed thoroughly elsewhere. During this mission, the dialogue during the battle that normally has voice acting scrolls incredibly quickly, and voice acting seems to be turned off. I was fiddling with the audio settings earlier, so that might have been a trigger for it.
In any case, if this can be reproduced and used in other parts of the game, it could be a huge time save.
Edit: Voice acting for cutscenes seems disabled completely, but it's enabled in my settings, and characters still have voice acting for combat actions in the video above.
