As all purchases from the store are banned, does that mean you aren't allowed to buy the riding skill during a run?

Would be so messed up to not be able to ride a mount...

Not like I'm gonna attempt it, but thought it'd be weird to ban at least the basic mounts.

Not sure if this just applies to F2P, but thought I'd ask
