The rules don't say anything about the bruncheon skip on version 1.0.0 so couldn't someone just use that skip in the 2p Any% category and get a much faster time? If I'm missing something in the rules, please let me know, but as of right know, I don't see a reason why someone couldn't do this.
You can use device mirroring with your phone to get frame perfect on stream and you can go into settings on the app and make it prompt you to export your splits after a run. All of this is better explained in the frame perfect discord which you can find from the link in the app.

You have a 1:17:01 currently, so you should get that down to a sub 1:10 at least probably lower before you worry about saving 3 seconds in cap
I agree that is dumb and contradicting the mods previous stance on categories but don't say that you aren't mad and use all caps. Just say that you're mad because you have reason to be.
The rules for any% changed so you can run on any version but they have a thing that says which version runs are on.
Cheese skip in luncheon was patched. The Sphinx clip isn't patched, it's just a lot harder.
The key to remembering the route is to just do a couple of runs and then you will get used to going that route.
