Hey,

I don't know if DEMO runs would be allowed here, but as for now, there is not any timer printing in the console upon finishing a level in the demo version of the game. ^^

I just wanted to point it out, in case it wasn't intended to be this way. But I would understand if speedrunning was restricted to customers buying the game. ;)

I noticed on a page from another game that we could set the link to the official website of a specific game, on the Speedrun.com page.

Yeah, that's usually what's mainly used.

Although, if I recall, the splits are actually .json files, so... At the moment the software/interface is programmed to read it, it's compatible with almost everything.

Like for example Splits.io.

Usually, we can find many resources for games on Speedrun.com, like 100% save or specific accepted add-ons. I was thinking, maybe we could start with the 100% save, if someone has and want to share it?

Then secondly, I was thinking about the splits for any%?

Oh ok, I see. I expected this to be quite the small change to do, by setting a specific value in an Unity tab on a few pages... but it surely is harder than this!

Hey!

All the records in Speedrun.com have this "XXmn, XXs, XX0ms" useless 0 figure at the end.

I was wondering... would it be possible to add another figure in the in-game timer? (or perhaps just for the final screen?)

There might be some technical difficulties that I'm not aware...

But if added, it would make the leaderboard even more accurate! And it seems like a small feature to add too. ^^

Yeah, I don't see any issue having a 100% runtype containing only newtonian gamemode.

Hey, I find the timing for the first mission of the DLC quite unclear. (I haven't tried the other missions, but perhaps this implies to all the others as well)

As for now, @Tanner07 has stopped his timer once the "Day 2" appears, but it's quite difficult to measure. :(

The screen fade black when this happens.

It wouldn't be bad if we were to stop the timer once we reach the station walkie-talkie. ^^ When reaching it, the in-game timer stops, too.

It would be better to state the official rule before more people start speedrunning the DLC! So yeah, when do you want the timer to end to have an accurate in-game time?
