Ok looks like i need to start speedrunning once again

In rules theres thing about paid or limited mounts and the person apparently uses one, so rules changed? (ah yes bad english im sorry if this mess is hard to read)

Can run get verifed if I have limited time pet equiped but its abilities isn't used or should I rerun?
