Very clean jump to the beach! Looks like that's gonna be the major optimization I'll need to implement.

Yes, the time from 0-1 second is inconsistent between runs. But also the fact that it seems like the timer's progress to the next second is reset after a cutscene. The timer was at 2 seconds for way longer than it should have. Can't miss that cycle or run dead!
