Unlike cat mario, this game's time starts the frame level 1 begins. That means all actions have to happen after the timer starts so this can't work. Also if you die in the game and press 4 nothing's gonna happen there either.

I can usually get it in a bout 1 in 4 tries. It's not very consistent.

Actually, I just realized all the other games in the cat mario series don't even have a game type listed. So could you just leave syobon action 3's game type blank? Thanks again.

So i requested the game syobon action 3 a couple of days ago, and it just got verified. One thing I noticed though is that I accidentally called it a fan-made game when it is not. I say this because this causes it to not appear with the other games in the cat mario series. Could anyone please change the game type to a web game as soon as possible? Thanks for your time.

A couple of days ago, I requested the fan-made game syobon action 3 for speedrun.com. It just now got approved. If you're interested in speedrunning this game, here's the speedrun.com page link.

All it takes to do this glitch is to practice level 4 over and over and just find the right spot to jump. It helps if you just jump and hold the button so he immediately jumps again. (This is why my current PB has over 2000 attempts on it; this takes dedication and practice!)

Here's what I found out. If you jump in a certain spot in the wall, you get partially inside. If you jump while you're inside the wall it's called a wall jump. In this case, when you do a wall jump you get put inside the ceiling. The games code says that if this happens, you get pushed out of the ceiling. This is why when you do this trick, you get put off to the left. Hope this helped!
