In the middle of a race my nunchuck started to do that weird thing where it thinks I'm holding right and caused me to run into a wall. I quickly pressed the "home" button and fixed the problem and went right back into it. I know there is a policy on no pause buffering but I didn't use it to my advantage and only to solve my controller issue. Is it still legal if I submit my video proof with this in it?
