Can someone explain what wrong I am doing in the phone ca setup to dupe the jizzy cutscene and t bone

• I load the save after photo opportunity and get on a vehicle when I get a mission 1 phone call I cancel it , go to the stadium times it at 15 seconds , pause buffer and I can move in the cutscene of stadium but when I am near to failing it I start holding my action ( tab ) key and when I get of the vehicle still holding my action key the phone still rings , what wrong is in the setup here ?
