this is kind of a dumb thing but oh well

I used to play this game when I was a kid and I literally just remembered it and found this page on Google. I played this game so much I must have gotten 99% more than a couple times (for whatever reason) but I never got that last 1 percent. Can you get 100%? Because I would totally understand if I had just missed something as a kid, but I searched for this online and it seems other people have had the same issue. The 100% category on this game's page is completely empty as well.

just asking because this speedrun page honestly seems like the most this game has existed in years

I'm not speedrunning this game or anything, just was playing the English translation for the first time and found something neat.

If you enter the menu, you can just wait out the allotted time. No effort required for the first three phases as long as you exit the menu before the phase is over, because it won't end until you're in normal gameplay again. Obviously no time save here but I thought it was worth mentioning.
