United StatesIt is slower if done incorrectly, if you do it in one certain spot it doesn't slow you down.
On the Xbox One there is a bug in the game where if you have an account with all achievements, on chapter 5 you will unlock the achievement for running into the red zone 3 times if you run into it once. This bug is disallowed in runs and will result in a rejected run. Do not do it.
I have been thinking about this for awhile now, how the run shouldn't be starting at play and should be starting when you gain control of the character. Let me know what you guys think of this suggestion

There is a typical setup people use, crossing the street and its typically the first person you see with the print, however it is not a 100% chance of being it.
Now that I've checked, there indeed would be no point currently as speedrun.com doesn't even list the PS5 and XBSX as seperate from the PS4 and XBONE. If there is a change in the future, we would probably have to, but as of right now, the 19th of November 2020, it is unnecessary.
But since you mentioned it, maybe current gen (xbox series x/s and ps5) should be seperate categories because of the obviously faster loading times and general gameplay due to the SSD
I say we have a community vote for it. I am all for it, but some people may have a different opinion and we need a solid answer for a change like that
From my gameplay on XBONE S, compared to the original PS4 it does have around a second of loading difference. Still testing for things like the Slim PS4 and Pro.
I do have a question, are you playing on the PS4, PS4 Slim or the PS4 Pro? This could quite technically be the reason as I am playing on the Xbox One S which was the second slightly faster xbox one.
You can not adjust camera controls or anything on XBONE, but now that you mention it I will be testing the difference between loading times between the 2 consoles.
My run has been reinstated by myself. I held WR fair though there has been a slight error with the recording as it does not show me pressing play. If you guys think it should be invalidated for this reason, I will take the run down myself. As of now, I hold 1st Place Any% and you hold Second.
I got mad at him. And rightfully so. If you get your WR run rejected a month after it was accepted, you'd be mad too. I do apologise for calling him immature however.

in case you're wondering why it's no longer on my 'Rejected Runs' category, I deleted the run as I don't want people to think that I spliced. The reason for it being taken down was 'doesnt show the start' even though Spicy recounted the time and I gave him the reason why it didn't show the intro type thing. If you want a link to said WR, here it is.
My world record got wrongfully taken down a month after it was posted. The user Spicy, who both approved the run and deleted it a month later, I confronted in messages. Unknown why he deleted his account, but I am currently in the works of getting to supermod status on here.
After my run on Fractured Minds (https://www.speedrun.com/fractured_minds/full_game) got deleted by the moderator 'Spicy' the user deleted their account and there is no more moderators or supermods for that matter. I have spent around 20hours getting good time on the game and I think I'd be a good fit. I can tell the difference between spliced footage for this game as well.
