I forgot to mention it before, but there's also game time on the profile screen. I'm unsure how it's calculated, whether it's total time played or a 'sum of best' for each mission. If it's the former it can be easy calculated by subtracting the change, but if it's the latter it might not be useable. Starting runs on a completed file wouldn't work as it's only keeping the best times, so if you don't beat that time on a mission it won't change. Even if it was ran on a new file, restarts wouldn't be accounted for. I'll investigate this sometime.
Since I don't see one for Halo Wars, there's a discord channel for RTS speedrunning: https://discord.gg/dy3GRjw

I believe the precedent is set that the Prologue is included in a full game run. SDA includes it in their page: http://speeddemosarchive.com/Warcraft3.html

OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) should suit you just fine for recording. https://obsproject.com/

I've changed the leaderboard for GLA Campaign so the German and Non-German versions are split into subcategories. I'd don't want to see Fortranm's effort go to waste, but there's also fairly notable difference when running the German version. This can be changed back in a heartbeat if necessary.

An option for moderators to hide video-less runs by default. It would make approving such runs a little more acceptable.
To be able to see how many runs each moderator has verified for a game
I can make you something for this at a later date.
@kobepilgrim Go into your settings and check 'Override custom themes' next to Theme.
The game is on one console, so real time across runs should be near identical. I don't think there'll be a need for 'time without loads'.
For campaign runs, the timer should start on pressing A to 'Finish Briefing'. Starting it on selecting a profile doesn't seem right since it doesn't actually start the game, and you can still back out and the profile will remain blank. Starting it on the beginning of the mission would be inconsistent, since you'd have to use your reaction time to start the timer. Starting from a mission restart would be manipulating the loading.
For individual missions, the timer should start on the first black screen after loading the mission (in contrary to above). Missions are more likely to have closer times against each other, so accuracy is important.
Both should end when the (last) mission has fully faded to black at the end.
I believe most games let low ranking times without videos be accepted, but if the time is good by comparison, then you need some degree of proof for the run or be well-known and have previously proven your skill. In my opinion, WR runs for popular categories should require videos, regardless of the above.
From the looks of it this hasn't been mentioned to the MO team. Make a post about it in detail here: https://forums.revora.net/topic/87936-mo30-support-bugs/page-24 -- Hopefully they'll have it patched for the next release. Speeder has said it'll be released 'soon', so most likely sometime this year.
It's cool to see people working on this game. Maybe with enough collective effort a full campaign run will be possible.
If it'll never be released publicly then it's an advantage that shouldn't be allowed, yeah.
For the sake of having more records, I'll leave it up for now. Once you or someone else does an attempt of it it'll be removed.
I already mentioned it on Twitter, but the first wave of updates/additions are done. All runs, even the obsolete ones, have been timed so the missions in campaign attempts are included in the individual mission leaderboards, even if they include reloading. Campaign runs still record real time for those who prefer that. Game time is recorded if possible. Times are accurate to the millisecond (which are hidden). Video sources are verified so there's no more broken Twitch links. Red Alert 3 was excluded from this as per crazycharlieh's request.
I'll probably begin the second wave within a month, since I don't have much else to do in the meantime.
I think URLs with timestamps on videos used to work but they don't anymore. It's helpful for automatically starting on the run instead of needing to jump to it.
I'll be cleaning them up soon. If you're not careful information can get nuked with settings changes.
Edit: Done
Misc. Zero Hour Mods is a modification of Command & Conquer: Generals - Zero Hour.
I was about to finish the job of adding and updating the runs but crazycharlieh didn't want me to finish, so I stopped. I was applying the same timing system across the series which he didn't want for this game.
As for Co-op missions, the layout the site makes it difficult for a good solution. For individual missions, either co-op is in separate categories (columns) or variables (buttons). The former would cause the level leaderboards to need a horizontal bar from limited space, while the latter would use the better time of the two (single vs co-op) on the front of the main leaderboard. Removing the Normal difficulty might make enough room without the need of a bar. Full-campaign runs can use variables since the buttons work well for that.
@tcd11 That's what I mean by having something proper. You can read the titles more easily by highlighting "international" and reading what's next to it.
Edit: If a user added as a mod to a game also automatically follow the game, that'd be great. It'd solve most of the problems where mods rarely notice forum updates. They can unfollow the game if necessary.
