IrelandIf I asked you to jump off a bridge would you do it? This is how daft this sounds to me. If you want to speedrun a game do it. If you want to stream do it. You say you are 13 then you might appeal to people your own age unless you are amazing at a game do not expect many views. Streaming / speedrunning should only be done if you want to do it yourself for you. If you are hoping that by playing Mario online is going to make you the next big thing on twitch instantly then your going to have a hard time.

To be honest becoming a mod was ok but having people run the game I got approved made me feel a lot better, even if one of the runners is no longer with us and his run was terrible, still made me feel great. Heres this thing I like and others like it enough to do what I did too.

again goodwill, you can get flat lcd screens there as well does not have to be a HDTV just has to have an input that you need to stick a lead into for your machines. No need to go grab an expensive HDTV if all you want it for is to play older games.

Would like to see this run and this game, first I heard of it here. I did a wee google of it and it has a very interesting backstory. I tried to avoid the videos and only read the articles on it. Get it done and good luck. Maybe your run will inspire more people to seek out and try it for themselves if they can find an existing copy.

Not only does this sound like an advert it also sounds like a complete scam. Donate money then email us telling us you have donated. What's to stop you saying nope we didn't receive the donation or even never replying to the person that's thrown money at you for something they could do themselves with some practice or have some friends help them free of charge. What has this service you are offering if you even are got do do with speedrunning? You are not helping a person get best times on a raid or anything so why advertise the service on a speedrunning forum? Mods should remove this thread as spam.
I only do this as a bit of craic not many people run the games I run and I am ok with that. I am not trying to be the best of the best at everything I play. Having some competition in a few games does give me motivation to improve my own runs but I am not driven by any need to engage or interact with anyone thats running the game.
I found a skip in a game only I and one other dude runs but he is not part of speedrun.com. It saves another minute or so off the run but I haven't recorded it yet.
Emulation is better than real machine so we reject all emulated runs, why not have a separate category for emulated runs instead of banning them altogether? Seems like a big fuck you if you have a decent computer that runs the emulator faster than me.

On his twitter he says that doxing is not a bad thing, has he not ever seen someone swatted? This is why doxing is dangerous it can lead to someone being seriously hurt. But this is also a guy who made a video of himself standing in the middle of a freeway, dangerous and illegal. If he is such a great speedrunner that he wants people to look up to as a shining example of what a speedrunner should be then little kids that watch may try to emulate this type of destructive behaviour. To be totally honest from looking at your youtube videos seriously racingmonster the army is not the place for you. Seek professional psychiatric help. I am not saying that lightly either I can tell you are hurting inside over a lot more than speedrun.com. I have been in the dark places your mind is going I have been there myself. You need to talk to someone.
