Hi there! I notice the new 100% WR by Robby uses "Add Button to Skip Call Wait Time," a NG+/post-promotion option. The Any%/100% category rules currently state "NG+ Options aren't allowed besides "Always Display Accuracy"," so I wanted to confirm if this was an accidental oversight or if the rule's being done away with.
