i think the "ends on final hit" also have various interpretations.

1. ends on last attack (when you roll the dice)
2. or ends on last damage (when you kill the boss)
3. or ends on fade-in "you win" screen the 1 and 2 are too hard to navigate when we got 8x speed (when Co-op single), so i just ask that for discussing.
