Have you decided if emulators are going to be allowed? It would just make it more convenient rather than having to buy a new ps2, if not that is all g
Just wanted to know if the collection versions of bioshock 1 and 2 are bad to run compared to the original versions.
Title says it, want to run this just want to know which category makes for a better starting category (will probably end up doing both). Any% NG+ or any% NG?
Any differences between super and original cloudbuilt? I bought this on my PS4 and had no idea there was another one to be honest. Awesome game!!
Want to get into running this game but not completely sure if I should start of doing any% runs or NG+. I have watched runs for both categories and they both seem just as difficult as each other, so a recommendation would be much appreciated! Also are the skips and what not pretty self explanatory or are there some things I have to learn before I can do skips?
Howdy, so this game on console has loading screens (as expected) unlike PC. I was just wondering when I submit a run do I put down the time with loads or do I take subtract the load times away from the total time? Just figured I would ask because most forums ask that you put in your time with and without loads and this forum simply asks for time. c: (not trying to be a prick just explaining why I have this question in mind)
I am looking to run the Any% category c: Would just like to know if they is anything i can do to help me get better at the run other than play all the levels over and over. Maybe i should be focusing on certain things with my movement or spending time on specific levels. I would generally just appreciate some advice c: (even if it is you just telling me to get gud m9)
Here is a video showing a way to skip prison on consoles, details in the description. Scroll down there is a much better video! :)
I watched a Dishonored 2 powerless run and thought why not try the first one powerless. I later found out that there is no possible way to do the outsider intro without blink, so i have a question. Should i only use blink only when neccessary or should I just finish the outsider as quickly as possible and use as many blinks as i want? Any replies would be much appreciated :)
I am currently running this game on PS2 and it autosaves in between each chapter and I was just wondering whether I count that in the RTA or not as there is no way to turn it off since the game doesn't seem to have a manual save feature on PS2. :D
There’s a way to skip having to blow up the barrel to raise the water so you can cross the gap in the laboratory split in the current any% WR. When you get inside the explosive barrel then wait for the claw thing to come pick you up so you can warp onto the wall just before the barrel gets placed onto the conveyor belt. If you warp along that wall to the very end of it, you can hop onto the yellow rail and then just turn around and you will be able to warp onto the roof of the map and you are Oob. You can then just warp over to where the autosave thing is and continue the run as you normally would. I tried seeing if it was faster to skip the grub in that area and just warping to the end and I think it is faster but I usually grab the grub and get the movement speed upgrade because I haven’t actually timed it.
Just thought I would share what I found since I find this game and all the runs pretty enjoyable, if I need to elaborate on what I mean with this skip I can send images highlighting exactly what I mean :)
I am currently running this game and was wondering if the PS3 load times are the same as the Xbox 360 load times. If someone could let me know that would be helpful c:
