currently, there are a few interesting races going on for several classic NES/SNES games. Right now, there are 4 people grinding for 4:54 in smb1 any%, 4 people grinding for a 35:XX in TLL D4 warpless, and 3 people grinding for an 11:19 in castlevania.

@Silverhand even if its a small game with no attention, all it takes is one person to find it and then make a fake run. I've seen it happen before to another game. Disabling verification is stupid. Even if nobody cheats, people may retime their runs wrong, not read the rules, or submit no video times, etc. It just is so much better to have verification enabled, and as walgrey said, if you don't have the time you can always appoint new mods.
