Komrade was joking.
I think it would be best if all the mods and @Starsmilley handled this privately, this thread is just turning into an insult war.
If you don't want to play on construct.net for some reason, you can download or play online on gamejolt or on newgrounds
Game that I've enjoyed running has finally been added to the site, and I would appreciate any runners. I'm also posting this to revive the advertisement thread, since ive found a couple cool games here.
@Bob-chicken im not saying that every person who does a run should get mod of that game
I only add people to games I mod if they have a mid level time at least, because I want to make sure that the moderators actually give a shit about the game.
There are a lot of requirements and rules for moderators, and they are displayed in a huge text doc that people don't want to read, so they don't know that it's bad to add randoms to games. Mod collectors exploit that, and that's why they always end up getting blacklisted.
Also, otterstone_game has thousands of verifications, is extremely active, and moderates mostly quiet games. I don't think any of those leaderboards are experiencing any problems.
The problem with mod collecting isn't having a large number of moderated games, for example, @Otterstone_Gamer moderates more games than anyone else on the site, and I think that he has at least one run in almost all of them. The problem is when users seek out moderation roles in games they aren't active in or don't run, or when users are especially pushy or annoying, asking for mod roles multiple times wherever they go.
How does it seem that way? I've had a previously rejected game approved onto the site, it's not an exception, they are completely changing the rules. And while this change obviously will bring more money, it's good for everyone. Ketamine and Amogus were added because those were 2 games that came to mind quickly
I have a glitch that could potentially save a lot of time in this game. In the original 60 second burger run, if you jump into a ceiling and jump when you hit your head, you initiate a second jump. Normally you just bonk the ceiling, but if you are at the edge of the ceiling and walk out from under it, doing the glitched jump will actually do a midair jump. In the original burger run, this glitch is unfortunately useless, however in the second game, santa run, this glitch allows you to skip an entire level. I don't run this game, but santa run 2 is more complex than this one, and I think this could be very useful here. I'd appreciate if someone would test this out and see if it saves time anywhere.
Edit: if you click the text that says "entire level" you can see a video of the glitch being performed in a run
i think i made it obvious it was a joke (btw elo this was a joke i swear) by including "meme made by superal1"
