Youtube tends to end videos without you being able to see the last few frames. Because of this, I downloaded the video myself and found that it did include him touching the winpad. Also, what are you talking about regarding T-Pose being used to hit the winpad? The only way he could do that is if it were his arms touching the winpad, and that's not the case here.

i don't know how this man could have managed to submit runs without knowing how he placed or what the leaderboards were yet that's the only logical explanation for why this forum thread is even a thing

For full-game glitchless, the stage counter at the end HAS to be at 50. However, in the full-game glitches category, skipping checkpoints is perfectly acceptable and the stage counter does not have to be at 50.
