There's now an Autosplitter for Secrets of Grindea. It can be activated from the "Edit Splits" menu in LiveSplit. Currently, the Autosplitter supports Load Time Removal, Cutscene Time Removal, and Splitting. There's also a Start and Reset option if you wish to use them (check the Settings for more info). I've uploaded a Split List for Story and Arcade Mode in the Resources section. Their names should give you an idea of when a split happens. You can disable splitting for a certain trigger in the Autosplitter's Settings. If you find any bugs or have any improvements in mind (better splits?), you can write a reply here. Note that the use of Autosplitters isn't (yet) allowed by the Mods. Additionally, the Autosplitter currently can't split for the "End of Beta" point.
