"I don't want to record myself playing the whole game just to get a rejected game" I really have to question your dedication to playing the game, running it, setting up the boards, and moderating if you don't even want to do one run. If you really care about the game than do a run caring about the game to get your first time, and then submit the game to the site with that run.
@MechanicalSnail That still wouldn't work because a 1/8th part doesn't really count as 1/8th unless you get the other 7/8ths.
My suggestion (if you're still looking for it since this thread is 2 weeks old) is two fold. One, start piece by piece based on what's available to you at each stage. Figure out what's the best things to get before the next stage unlocks. If parts from the first area are still faster than parts from the second area, add those in as well. Two, get at least a theory route down that seems reasonably fast. Figure out how long each item takes to get (or how long it takes to get all the parts of an item). Compare that to how long it takes to get items that aren't in the route and see if it would be faster to swap different ones in.
As I recall, the SMM2 community has said they won't allow Super Worlds on the main leaderboard due to potential for saturation and quickly dead categories.
I don't think src gives a fuck about anyone trying to speedrun getting banned so yeah they'll get banned

I'm not certain what you're asking. But considering you don't run either of those games I don't think you need to be concerned with what the mods are up to. Those communities can handle any issues that may actually be occurring.
are you getting only unfollowed games? If so, report it to the support hub

OK I just checked and he was only 2 weeks ago and was verifying runs then. So you're exaggerating. This is technically not a problem yet, but it does have potential to be. I'd suggest you talk to the community and see if anyone else would step up and explain the situation slash apply for mod just in case. Or try a bit more to reach out to the mod.
