after I die for the second time in -1 I savestate to the 2 koopas at the end. you could glitch those koopas under the ground and then do the same glitch that makes over the flagpole possible. the only problem is I don't know if you can get the koopas low enough under the ground and still survive. if you want to go to minus world use the cheat code aisson (aiison if on nestopia)
What wolf said. 8-4 is on the leader board because 8-4 has every frame count in full game runs. It doesn't matter who can beat 1-1 faster because in a full game run framerules will stop you from saving time (not that getting a higher remainder isn't cool). The reason the only IL is 8-4 is because 8-4 IL is significant. saving a frame in 8-4 means something while in 1-1 you finish with the same time.
to my knowledge you dont need to ask for permission. just go to the top of the page where it says games, select all games, and then request a game.
its ok. it took me 3 months to find out were the Minus World Ending leaderboard was.
if you are on this page scroll to the top and click on leaderboards. select category extensions. all powerups is already a category.
you cant get all coins because of different paths in a level. there is a maximum coin TAS that you can look up.
you will get more consistent the more you try. the trick saves 7 seconds so if you take your time and waste 5 seconds you still save 2 seconds.
but do i need C to save the framerule or does B also save it?
I just do SMB1 8-1 Blazit setup and it works fine.
if your moving slowly the screen will still scroll and you wont be able to do the wrong warp. you need to be at a complete stop (not moving at all) and the screen shouldnt scroll. if it DOES SCROLL IT WONT WORK. if you land early you can tap left moving 1 pixel at a time and make sure you stop before pressing down on the pipe. here is a video where kosmic teaches other people to do the wrong warp. it might be helpful.

when you start approaching the pipe you go down start holding left mid air and continue to hold left on the pipe this will make you slow down. does that answer your question?
